Christian Family Solutions works collaboratively with referents so the client experiences consistent, coordinated care.

What you need to know:

•Rapid admit is available when your adolescent patient needs continued client stabilization care with or without a 72-hour hold. 

•Time sensitive transition to Community Mental Health Care within 1 to 3 treatment days. 

•Diagnostic Assessments scheduled daily as openings permit.

•Please include a recommendation for higher level of care in your discharge summary.  

•Upon receiving your completed screening tool and release of information, we contact your organization and legal guardians to schedule either an admission or Diagnostic Assessment within 1-3 treatment days.  

•Patients who don’t quality for CTSS may have insurance benefits to cover services. We will do our best to advocate care.
