Bio:

Dr. Johnson serves as medical director for the CFS counseling care and services division. She leads the medical management team, which includes prescribers who serve clients receiving mental health services at CFS. With her expertise and experience, Dr. Johnson enhances the CFS multidisciplinary approach to client care and adds depth to treatment planning.

Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association. She is certified in general adult psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, in addiction medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties, and in obesity medicine by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She received her DO from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Adult Psychiatry at Virginia Tech Carilion Psychiatry.
